Garvie GLC Contracting Inc. was founded in 1998 by brothers Bill and Joe Garvie.  The company specializes in commercial construction along the Gulf coast of Northwest Florida.  Bill and Joe Garvie have established a reputation by providing the highest quality product for the most economical cost within a reasonable time schedule.  The Garvie brothers are able to maintain these high standards by establishing detailed project schedules before initiating a project, which establishes a plan that ensures that all subcontractors are able to perform at maximum efficiency.  The company designs both the Critical Path and Project Plan during negotiations so projects begin aggressively when contracts are signed.
